Here are a few of the jobs I’ve carried out locally in and around Leigh-on-Sea and nearby areas.

From small plumbing repairs to tap replacements and boiler servicing, this is the sort of work I do day to day — real jobs, real customers, all carried out by me.

Radiator valve replacement in Westcliff

The existing radiator valve was not working, the radiator was drained using my wet vac, the defective valve removed new one fitted, radiator filled with water, vented, heating turned on  radiator heated up, all now working as normal.

Kitchen mixer tap replacement in Leigh -on-Sea

The existing Kitchen mixer tap was leaking, replaced with a Deva , 12 year warranty, happy customer with working tap again

Outside  tap installation

  My customer needed a new outside tap, part off the bathroom upgrade, in the sink cupboard you can see the isolating stopcock    used in the winter to isolate the tap and prevent freezing.
