I’m Chris, the face behind CS Marsh Plumbing & Heating.
Based in Leigh-on-Sea, I’ve been working in plumbing and heating for over 50 years, helping local customers with everything from small everyday repairs to heating faults and boiler issues.
These days I work part-time, but I still take real pride in doing the job properly — turning up when I say I will, finding the problem, and getting things sorted without fuss.

This boiler service is being carried out in Westcliff-on-Sea, i am carrying out a flue gas analyzation, this checks correct combustion, proving the boiler is safe to use,
Boiler servicing is recommended annually by Gas Safe Register ,Energy Saving Trust and boiler manufacturers, having a new boiler installed is a big investment having you boiler serviced annually helps protect your investment, not to mention keeping everthing working nicely keeping everbody warm in the winter and with a combination boiler unlimited hot water
Testing the water quality of the heating system water as as mandated by B.S.7593:2019 making water treatment and testing a requirement on services visits.

My customer wanted a little help to tidy up and just improve the bathroom. What happened was driven by what was found by previous work carried out (poorly over many years). Rubbish under floor had caused damp and brick work holding up the floor was falling apart. I had to rebuild these before any work could be carried out on the bathroom above floor, then there was the additional issue of leaking pipework also under the floor. This was completely removed, all new installed.
